Optimizing construction processes while minimizing risks.

We provide clients with the necessary insight, expertise, and communication to ensure that projects are well-defined and executed effectively by all involved parties. We collaborate with clients during the pre-construction phase, analyzing project feasibility, defining strategies, and ensuring constructibility. Engaging a general contractor early on in the process helps guide clients through the project with maximum efficiency and reduced risk.

Our project management team works collaboratively with engineers to identify systems and infrastructure details that require specific action plans.

Defining project goals

Our experts use Value Engineering (VE) to generate innovative solutions that respect your design while reducing costs. Our team’s depth of experience and lateral thinking enable us to identify cost-neutral or cost-saving alternatives that deliver value for money. We model these options and provide rapid cost analysis to guide decision-making.

Identifying potential issues

In the pre-construction phase, a comprehensive survey is conducted to assess the physical state of the property and its surroundings, such as adjacent buildings, landscaping, and sidewalks. This helps identify potential issues beforehand and avoid complications during or after construction. Our team of experts is experienced in identifying problems such as drainage or foundation issues and ensuring that the site is prepared to avoid unexpected site challenges.

Pre-Construction surveys

A pre-construction survey is an extensive analysis of the physical state of the property and its surroundings (adjacent buildings, sidewalk, landscaping, etc.) undertaken before any construction takes place. These surveys help contractors and architects pinpoint potential problems beforehand and help determine whether damage has occurred due to construction activities. These surveys help find major flaws like drainage or foundation problems. Smaller things like grading—leveling out uneven land—are also checked at this point so that site challenges do not emerge later during construction or after move-in.
